Educational Offer of the Karkonosze University of Applied Sciences in Jelenia Góra
for students of nationality other than Polish
I. Some students can study at the Karkonosze University of Applied Sciences in Jelenia Góra free of charge, according to the rules applying to Polish students, with the right to get a disadvantaged background scholarship, scientific scholarship from the Rector or scholarship as well as occasional financial aid. These are:
1. The holders of the so called "Karta Polaka";
2. Foreigners, who have a permanent living residence in Poland (card of permanent residece);
3. Migrant workers from EU countries and their families if they live on the teritorry of Poland;
4. Foreigners who received a temporary permit of residence to rejoin the family;
5. Citizens (or members of families of such citizens) of the member countries of the EU having necssary means to cover the living costs during the studies cannot receive the disadvantaged background scholarship, but they can reveive the Rector's scholarship for best students.
II. It is also possible that foreigners can study and pay for their studies, on the basis of the Rector's decision, without the right to receive a disadvantaged background scholarship, scientific scholarship from the Rector or scholarship as well as occasional financial aid.:
TUITION FEES
Yearly tuition fee is being assessed.
The Rector can lower the fees in the case of a difficult situation of a foreign student.
